About the stiff shoulder {frozen shoulder}
Introduction

Repeat on daily basis well defined joint stretching exercises, it will take you 1/2 an hour daily. Such a program is the safest of all treatments for frozen shoulders. Although months of these well defined exercises may be required, persistence almost always pays off (what you resist persists). Even if arthritis is present, this program may help preserve and even improve the shoulder's range of motion and will improve your shoulder function in daily activities. Before beginning these exercises you should consult with your physician. I advice the care and coaching of a physiotherapist or manual therapist. It is hard to maintain being motivated because the improvements in a case of the frozen shoulder syndrome are small and you will need the guidance of a therapist.
